The EasyShare C530 is definitely a must have digital camera if you take lots of day shots outside. I am not to happy with the inside or night shots as the flash is just not strong enough to light the area. Other than that it is compact and easy to carry around for a quick shot at a memorable moment. It is a plus that the camera works well with the printer docks offered by Kodak. All in all, a beginner's dream camera. I have other suitable cameras for my work, but this was purchased for special occasions where portability, concealment and quick use is needed.
