Aperture and Apple iWork
When the pictures are ready, you can export them to JPEG or TIFF for more reworking in Photoshop or you can just open them directly in Photoshop. In that case, it will be visible as a new version. Sometimes Photoshop is necessary for partial reworking. Aperture can do more, much more. You can just drag the RAW files to iWork and add it to your Keynote presentation. Then a JPEG preview is made of it, but you can also rework the photos in RAW. You can also make books or websites directly in Aperture so that you can always alter the photos effortlessly.
