Olympus C-310 Zoom
Olympus presents new C-310ZOOM during PMA
The new 3.2 Megapixels Olympus C-310ZOOM offers a functional operation with a 3x optical zoom and advanced imaging processing techniques. The C-310ZOOM is the ideal camera for young users who want to explore the unlimited possibilities of digital photography, like exchanging photos via Internet homepages. But also the experienced users can benefit from this versatile digital camera. The C-310ZOOM is a handy camera to possess as an extra camera and is equipped with a Movie recording function to capture surprising moments. And the Super Macro Function lets you get as close as 2cm to your object to enter the world of Macro photography!

Photographing with the C-310ZOOM is quick and easy. There are five Scene Programs that can be selected, so the camera can make a perfect picture under countless different circumstances, like the Landscape setting to capture the wide view from your hotel room, or the Portrait setting to make outstanding portraits of your friends or family. The C-310ZOOM can also handle small subjects perfectly. Setting the camera into the Super Macro setting, a subject can be approached to even 2cm. The camera supports the PictBridge standard and therefore doesn't need a computer when printing the images on a PictBridge compatible printer, like the CAMEDIA P-10.

The 3x optical zoom lets the C-310ZOOM deliver convincing tele recordings. Memorable moments can be saved and stored in beautiful colours and sharp detail. Concerning the design Olympus has chosen simple, classic lines and a fine, metallic finishing touch. The camera is delivered with CAMEDIA Master 4.2 software, to easily optimise, edit and manage your image files.

The C-310ZOOM is a high quality digital camera with a price tag that makes it attractive to a wide range of consumers. The camera is not only suitable for newcomers in digital photography but definitely also for those users who appreciate convenience and easy operation. The introduction of the camera is planned for April 2004.
