SanDisk introduces 4-in-1 PC Card adapter

SanDisk Corporation introduces during the Photokina a four-in-one PC Card adapter for four widely used flash memory cards: Secure Digital, Multimedia-Card, Memory Stick and SmartMedia. It is the company's first PC Card adapter for the Memory Stick, a product it started selling last year. The announcement will be made at the Photokina trade show where SanDisk is demonstrating products in Hall 5.1, A-11.
The four different memory cards have become very popular with consumers with many owing several devices with different types of cards. The 4-in1 adapter complements the line of SanDisk adapter solutions for notebook owners that are using the cards, as they are move data between computers and various portable devices. The new SanDisk 4-in1 PC Card adapter is the fastest solution to get the data into a notebook without using an external connectivity device. The new adapter is to start shipping in October 2002.
