SanDisk announces this month's availability of the new 128MB MMC
During the CeBIT 2003 event SanDisk, just a week after the PMA 2003 event in Las Vegas, is introducing again quite a lot of new products. This announcement of the introduction and availability of the 128MB MultiMedia card is one of those many introductions SanDisk already did and will do. The 128MB MultiMedia card, a flash memory card targeted mainly at the growing demand for MultiMedia cards in audio players and new multi-function cell phones will be demonstrated in Hall 21, booth B-24.

According to Eric Bone, SanDisk product marketing manager a number of new multi-function cell phones on the horizon that will include features such as digital cameras, MP3 players and game systems. The new 128MB MultiMedia card from SanDisk will give cell phone owners more storage capacity so they can fully utilize these features. SanDisk MultiMedia cards are also quite popular in stand-alone MP3 players as many players required the cards to store music.
The new card, which can also be used in most portable devices that have a slot for SD memory cards, is the top MultiMedia card offered in the industry. SanDisk also sells 32 and 64MB MultiMedia cards. The new 128MB MultiMedia card has a suggested retail price of $74.99 and will start shipping to retail stores later this month.
