HP introduces a new 5 Megapixel camera - Photosmart 935
|

The new HP Photosmart 935 with Instant Share will make capturing images easier than ever before. This 5.3 Megapixel camera with a total of 21x zoom allows users to have more creative freedom with the option of choosing automatic or manual controls. The HP Photosmart 935 also captures sound and motion, and is compatible with the optional HP Photosmart 8886 camera dock. With HP Instant Share, taking, sharing, printing and saving digital photos has never been easier. Users simply take a digital photo and select on the back of the camera whom to share their photos with by simply pushing a button. When the digital camera is later connected to a computer, or the optional camera dock, it remembers where to send the photos and automatically e-mails and/or prints the selected photos.

The new Photosmart 935 will produce high quality photos that will result in enlargements up to 11x17 inches. The camera is equipped with a Pentax 3x optical zoom and a 7x digital zoom resulting in a total zoom of 21x. The integrated HP Instant Share function let the user send photos to 34 destinations at the push of a button. The including HP Photo and Imaging software can be used to create photo album pages and print them. The HP Memories Disc Creator software creates digital slideshows. Besides the ability to capture still images the HP Photosmart 935 is also able to creature video clips with audio as well. The data will be stored on a Secure Digital memory card (32MB included). When the camera is connected to the optional HP Photosmart 8886 camera dock it will be very easy to send photos to a computer, recharge batteries or even view photos on a TV.

The HP Photosmart 935 is equipped with a total resolution of 5.31 Megapixels, a 3x optical Pentax zoom lens and a 7x digital zoom. The memory slot accepts Secure Digital or MultiMedia cards. On the back of the camera is a 1.5-inch LCD display. The USB interface supports Microsoft Windows XP, ME, 2000, 98 and Mac OS 9.1 or higher and OS X 10.1 and higher.
