ACDSee shows user friendly ACDSee 5.0 software at the CEBIT 2003
We already met the guys from ACDSee during PMA 2003 where we covered this well organized event live from the show floor. Dianne Escudé, director of marketing communications, informed us well-based and thorough about the pro's of this well-known software. The award winning ACDSee 5.0 is available since last year and belongs to the most powerful and popular image management software. It really meets the needs of low-level entry users, but can easily fulfil the wishes of the professional users as well. ACDSee was present during PMA 2003 in Las Vegas, but was also attending the CeBIT 2003 event where ACDSee 5.0 was promoted well!
ACDSee 5.0 has some unique new features that allow the use to manage all of their images without to much work. ACDSee 5.0 offers even faster start-up time, faster viewing and browsing of digital images and photos. New features in ACDSee 5.0 that makes live easy are; ¾ Calendar View - a simple, but most effective way of enabling the search for images taken on selected days, months or years, Image Grouping - another handy feature with the ability to group images in multiple categories enabling users to organize and locate pictures fast while saving disk space, Interface Customization - a function that enables users to set their own interface with their own needs, great!
ACDSee has been around for awhile now, but with ACDSee 5.0 they will continue their success in building user friendly management software for both entry level digital consumers as well as for professional high-end users or even multinational companies. The ACDSee 5.0 needs only Windows 98 and higher to run and is available through the company's Web site (http://www.acdsystems.com) for € 49.99. Owners of ACDSee 4.0 can upgrade to version 5.0 for € 39.99. ACDSee 5.0 is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
