8. What are your expectations concerning Digital imaging for the coming year 2004? (Innovations, prices etc.)
I think that there will be demands for 10MP and the next step will be to design a super CCD.
9. Do you think that Mobile imaging will claim part of the market of Digital imaging?
Yes, but the prints are still low quality so that has to improve first.
10. Describe the future (5 years) of the Digital Imaging Industry. The right to exist for the present companies, is it necessary to establish drastic cooperation's or merges or do you think that from a total different angle there will appear other companies to claim their part of the Digital Imaging Industry.
My opinion is that the small companies are important as well for the competition. FujiFilm not only sells the products, we also guarantee service. There are 150 minilabs in Turkey which can be reached within 4 hours in the whole of Turkey in case of malfunctioning. We have 38 people in the technical department. That's what FujiFilm has to its advantage: the service we offer, not only selling the product, but offering a complete service. That's why FujiFilm always will survive. People recognize quality.
