1. Do you have a digital camera? For what purpose is it used?
No, and that answers the next two questions as well! But I use what's available in the shop.
2. Do you still use 35mm films for private or business purpose?
No never a 35mm film.
3. Are the digital images printed out? And if so, in what way?
I don't have the images printed out.
4. What would you like to have changed on a digital camera?
There's no need to change anything, I mean there's so many different models and designs, that you can make the choice with which you'll be happy. Maybe only the prices have to drop a bit.
5. Describe how you see the future (like in 5 years time) on photography for yourself.
The problem is that I work so hard, I hardly get a chance to take pictures and in 5 years time, I don't know what will have happened!
6. You are here as an exhibitor. Which Digital Imaging product is being sold most frequently in this part of the world?
I would like to make a difference between the professional camera and the consumers camera: professionals buy the EOS 10D and consumer the G5 and G3 most frequently.
7. In what way influences the show the consumer on this continent?
The show influences the consumer like advertising does. More cameras are sold after the show and now even more because there were not many studios to make prints, but their number has increased and besides it is cheaper now.
8. What are your expectations concerning Digital imaging for the coming year 2004? (Innovations, prices etc.)
Prices will go down. I think a camera that costs appr. 400 euros now, will become 250 or less. Regarding new innovations I think the new technology WiFi (WireFire) will find its way into the professional camera within the next 3 years.

9. Do you think that Mobile imaging will claim part of the market of Digital imaging?
Website Company: http://www.erkayalar.com.tr
At this moment the quality is that low that they can't claim part of the market. But maybe in the future if the system can transfer high resolution images, who knows?
10. Describe the future (5 years) of the Digital Imaging Industry. The right to exist for the present companies, is it necessary to establish drastic cooperation's or merges or do you think that from a total different angle there will appear other companies to claim their part of the Digital Imaging Industry.
As I see it: 90% of all used cameras will be digital, depending on the European prices. The top companies will stay independent only some technical sharing will happen but not a big part.
