Samsung Premier Cinema LED display : Back in March Samsung introduced world's first Cinema LED display, stretching nearly 10.3m (33.8ft). Four months later the South Korean manufacturer installed its HDR LED theater display in the Lotte Cinema World Tower in Korea, as its commercial debut. During the introduction, Samsung didn't really name is Cinema LED screen, it was just called 'Samsung Cinema Screen'. But now that Samsung is ready to put their display on the market, a well thought out name is necessary for sale successes. We just discovered how this huge and bright screen is likely to be called. On the 27th of September the Korean Manufacturer filed a trademark for the name Samsung Premier with the USPTO and the EUIPO.

Huawei EnVizion 360 VR Camera

Huawei 360 degree VR Camera gets registered : About half a year ago Huawei announced the Honor VR camera. This clip-on 360 degree camera has been developed in partnership with Insta360. The camera has only been put to market in China, as a test. Although no official statement has been made by Huawei since then, it seems the test has been successful. As Huawei now filed a trademark for its own 360 degree camera, both in the United States and Europe. The trademark was filed on September 19 with the USTPO and the EUIPO for the name 'Huawei EnVizion 360 Panoramic VR camera'. As these words don't leave much to the imagination, this has to be a 360 VR camera.

BlackBerry BBD100-1 gets certified in Russia : BlackBerry is about to release at least one new smartphone model. The BBD100-1 with code name 'Krypton' will probably be named BlackBerry DTEK 70. The model number BBD100-1 has been circulating on the internet for a long time and has previously been approved for Bluetooth and WiFi certification. We have just spotted the phone with model number BBD100-1 on the Russian portal of the Eurasian Economic Union. This institution has now approved the BlackBerry phone. Although the certification does not reveal any new details about the specifications, this does confirm the BBD100-1 is likely to arrive next month.

In some ways, this device is less advanced as its predecessor. For example, the 6C incorporates a 5" HD display instead of a 5.2" Full HD display. But it seems that a Pro version will soon appear. We spotted the Honor 6C Pro in a Russian portal of the Eurasian Economic Union. The certificate for the Honor 6C Pro was filed on September 5th and approved on September 18, 2017. The document contains no details regarding the specifications of the device. However, it is the first time that the name of Honor 6C Pro is mentioned in official documents.

Huawei mobile payment service : Huawei Pay is already available in China for over a year now. Two weeks ago, a trademark was filed in Europe. Now the company has filed for a trademark with the American USpto. The mobile payment service is similar to Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
