SanyoSanyo PLC-XF46 Projector : The new Sanyo PLC-XF46 projector offers absolute top performance. With its phenomenal brightness of 12,000 ANSI lumens, it exceeds every expectation. In Sanyo's extensive line, the Sanyo PLC-XF46 is now the brightest star in the sky. The Sanyo PLC-XF46 also comes with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, allowing it to meet the highest demands. The target group for this new projector from Sanyo is primarily rental companies and event organizers. Of course, the projector is also suitable for use in large conference rooms and auditoriums. Its high contrast ratio ensures that all the important details are easily visible. The Real Colour Management software, also makes a reliable partner for any major event.

Particularly when several projectors are in use, Real Colour Manager guarantees accurate colour reproduction. The manual calibration of colour reproduction is very simple: The projector displays multiple test images with different colour settings on the screen. These images are compared to each other with a reference sheet and in direct comparison with the projectors. The image that is closest in colour to the reference sheet is then selected. This method allows you to compare several different test images to the reference document in a step-by-step process that calibrates the projector for standard colour reproduction. This configuration can then be stored for use at any time.

Sanyo XF46 Projector - Multi lamp system
Sanyo’s multi-lamp system offers a further guarantee for a successful event. An intelligent four-lamp system ensures that the lights will never go out at an event: Should a lamp pair ever stop functioning, the system automatically switches over to the two remaining lamps. Any resulting differences in colour reproduction and contrast are automatically corrected by the projector’s electronics. The Lens Shift function provides flexibility by allowing the position of the lens to be varied both vertically and horizontally. Because the projectors remain at right angles to the screen, trapezoidal image distortions are eliminated. This is especially useful for stereo projections in which two images need to be aligned.

Sanyo PLC XF46 Projector - Razor sharp images
The large selection of interchangeable lenses makes the Sanyo PLC-XF46 an easy choice for rental companies and event experts. Eleven optional interchangeable lenses guarantee razor-sharp images from any distance from extreme wide-angle for rear projections to extreme telephoto lenses for large screens. Sanyo's virtual distance calculator can be used to aid in the selection of the correct lens. Rental companies in particular will value an additional feature: The housing of the Sanyo PLC-XF46 is completely black. This makes signs of use from frequent installations much less visible.

Sanyo PLC-XF46 - One Touch Lens Change System
Lenses are easy to change using the innovative One-Touch Lens Change System. Unlike other projector, the lenses of the Sanyo Sanyo PLC-XF46 can be secured without screws. The lens just has to be installed with the corresponding adaptor and locked in and the Sanyo PLC-XF46 is ready to go. Customers who have lenses of previous models (XF series) can be sure that their investment is safe. All these lenses can be used in the PLC-XF46. In addition to all common video and computer inputs, eight optional adaptor cards are available for this high-performance Sanyo projector: DVI, 5xBNC, Y/C Board, D-Sub15 Board, HD-SD-SDI, SDI, Progressive Video Board and Network Board.
