 Belkin appoints Gregg Prendergast as President sales : Belkin Corporation, the global leader in connectivity solutions, announces the appointment of Gregg Prendergast to the position of Vice President of Sales for the Americas. With over 25 years of sales and executive management experience in the PC and IT industries, Mr. Prendergast brings proven leadership and skills to the organization. In his new role, Mr. Prendergast will oversee all sales channels for the Americas, including the USA, Canada, and Latin America. "We were looking for a builder, leader, and mentor of great teams; a smart, serious, values-based person who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional results", explains Mark Reynoso, Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing.

These qualities combined with his wealth of experience and knowledge make Gregg the perfect fit for us, and we are thrilled to welcome him on board. Gregg Prendergast - Vice President of Commercial Sales
Mr. Prendergast comes to Belkin from Samsung America, where he was the Vice President of Commercial Sales for the company's Information Technology Division (ITD) the past three years. Mr. Prendergast was responsible for over $600 million in sales and all commercial distribution channels in the U.S., working with resellers, distributors, government buyers, and corporate sales. Prior to that, Mr. Prendergast spent six years with Acer America Corporation as the Vice President, USA. Retail Channel Sales, where he was responsible for starting up and managing the U.S. Retail Channel for Aspire notebook, desktop, TravelMate C100 Tablet PCs, LCDs, and PDAs.
