 NEC NP1000 & NP2000 installation projectors : NEC Solutions, an industry leader in projectors and plasma displays, is now shipping the new line of digital installation projectors, the NEC NP1000 and NP2000. This new line of projectors takes the best features from the award-winning NEC MT series and improves it by adding integrated networking, built in RJ45, five optional bayonet lenses and lamp saver technologies.  NEC NP1000 & NP2000 LCD projectors
The new NEC NP1000 and NP2000 give the user the flexibility to determine the best set-up for their needs. The NP's offer both vertical and horizontal lens shift which accommodates near limitless projector placement. Also, optional accessories include five bayonet style lenses, which allow for quick and easy lens change. These projectors are bright enough to give the user the flexibility of having the lights on or off, in a room of almost any size. The NP1000 is 3500 ANSI lumens and the NP2000 is 4000 ANSI lumens. Both LCD projectors have a native resolution of XGA, 1024 x 768.
NP2000 & NP1000 projector - Wireless application
The NEC NP1000 / NP2000 projectors includes integrated high speed wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g via an optional wireless card. These projectors are specially equipped with presentation, broadcast, data conferencing and training mode, giving the user the flexibility for virtually any wireless application. Also included is integrated RJ45 connection for quick connection to the wired network LAN (10/100 base-T capability). Remote diagnostics enable the user to monitor and make adjustments to the projector remotely (via the network from a remote location) to check the status of their projectors, making these the perfect installation projectors for large corporations, small/medium business, government, rental/staging and educational environments. Email notifications are another user-friendly feature included in the NP1000 / NP2000, which can be sent to inform the user when the lamp approaches end of life.
NEC NP2000 & NP1000- Eco-mode technology lamp
NEC has also incorporated features into the new installation projectors which increase the lamp and projector life, as well as the safety and security of the user's investment. The NP2000 / NP1000 projector has an extended lamp life with Eco-mode technology that increases lamp life by up to 50%. Also, added lamp saver technologies enable the cooling fan to continue running even after the power source is disconnected, and built-in sensors protect the lamp and projector from overheating. For added security, the NP's include settings like logo lock, password protection and cabinet control lock which enables the user to deactivate buttons on the cabinet to prevent unwanted changes to projector settings.
NEC installation projectors - Price & Warranty
The enhanced installation NEC NP1000 and NP2000 projectors are priced at $5,995(a) and $6,995.00, respectively. Both projectors are now shipping. The NP1000 and NP2000 projectors come standard with NEC's industry leading three-year limited warranty including one-year InstaCare! This warranty includes a three-year limited warranty on parts and one-year limited warranty on labor. The lamp is covered for one-year or 500 hours - whichever comes first. InstaCare provides the original owner one-year of either limited three business day repair/return or next business day exchange.
