 Samsung wins ACE Award : Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a leader in advanced semiconductor technology solutions, today announced that it received the Annual Creativity in Electronics (ACE) 2006 Large Company of the Year award sponsored by CMP' Media's Electronic Engineering Times. Samsung executives accepted the honor during a gala dinner at the Embedded Systems. This award celebrates the company that exhibits the highest degree of professionalism, staff development and retention, customer focus, technical excellence and profitable growth in the electronics industry."To be recognized by Electronic Engineering Times and the panel of industry judges is an honor", said Jon Kang, senior vice president for Samsung Semiconductor, Inc.
