Designed to improve business processes, including print procurement and order management, WebStore provides integrated and complete print services online, therefore enabling print providers to extend the range of services they can offer customers via the Internet – whilst co-ordinating the receipt, processing and management of orders. WebStore enables the customers of print providers to submit, track and annotate print jobs online, streamlining the entire ordering process. With end users given access by their print provider or creative agency, customers can utilise the configurable template and catalogue features to provide an unlimited range of print items, including business stationery, forms, brochures, leaflets, point of sale material and promotional merchandise. And to ensure a more value-add service to customers, there is also an option to add on-line personalisation.

Canon - WebStore solutions
Antony White, Solutions Professional, Canon Europe, commented; “The WebStore solution has been designed to enable more efficient processes that promote business growth and complement existing solutions within creative, commercial and corporate print environments. Ease of integration and configurability are key strengths of WebStore. This solution is one that we are proud to offer and the partnership with Pelagon means that we can build upon our existing world-class portfolio. Canon is dedicated to helping all printers become more successful and this is a key goal of our complete solutions approach to the professional print market.”

Pelagon Webstore - Canon printers
David Parker, Pelagon CEO, says: “Automating business processes means that printers can grow more cost effectively, as well as increase their customer loyalty. WebStore has been designed to improve upon all areas of the print process, from submission, to job tracking and invoicing. Furthermore, it enables print businesses to maximise their return on existing and future investments. As each stage of print production is made more transparent to the customer, printers can now offer their clients more control over the complete print procurement and order managing process.”
