Shutterfly appoints Keller to Board of Directors : Shutterfly, leading independent online photo service, today announced that Eric Keller, President and CEO of Movaris, a software company that automates and unifies the financial close, SOX compliance, and financial reporting processes, has joined the Shutterfly Board of Directors. Mr. Keller brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive in high-growth technology companies and has worked with companies in capital goods, services and health care. His business background encompasses corporate and international finance, public offerings, acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and financial information systems. Eric Keller - Financial experiences
Throughout his career, Mr. Keller has built strong finance functions to support rapidly expanding technology companies and has completed more than $400 million of private and public financings. He has extensive experience in corporate compliance with government agencies including the SEC and the FDA, and served as chairman of the board of Marimba Inc. prior to BMC Software's acquisition of Marimba in 2004. Keller's CFO experience includes Aspect Communications, Corio Inc., Dionex Corporation, and Ventritex Inc. Additional Shutterfly Board members include Board Chairman Jim Clark; Shutterfly's president and CEO Jeffrey Housenbold; Nancy Schoendorf, Managing Partner with Mohr, Davidow Ventures; Pat House, Cofounder of Siebel Systems; and Jim White, Sutter Hill Ventures Managing Director.
