SamsungSamsung SyncMaster 204B LCD monitor : Samsung, manufacturer of LCD computer monitors and professional displays, continues its fine tradition of providing top-notch, high quality displays with the addition of the Samsung SyncMaster 204B monitor to its family of award-winning large-screen LCD monitors. Targeted for business and home users alike, the monitor features Samsung's proprietary "magic" set of technologies that work to produce an ultra realistic picture with rich, natural colors. The Samsung SyncMaster 204B LCD monitor is currently available at retail locations and through Samsung's distribution channel across the U.S. with an estimated street price $629.99. Samsung SyncMaster 204B - MagicTune communication
The Samsung SyncMaster 204B utilizes Samsung's MagicTune technology that enables users to have full control over all display features with extensive color adjustment capability with just a click of the mouse. Completed with no additional cable or interface, all MagicTune communication is completed through the video cable. Based upon the best front of screen performance for the optimal personalized viewing experience, MagicTune allows users the ability to save the various display profiles for whatever environment or mode the users chooses.

Samsung 204B LCD monitor - Color and Contrast management
The Samsung SyncMaster 204B combines Samsung's MagicColor and MagicBright technologies to make sure the users onscreen picture is more realistic and rich with color. MagicColor intelligently enhances color automatically for areas that need color correction. MagicColor selectively improves color through three modes: Intelligent Mode, which enhances color quality except specific colors whose changes are easily recognized; Full Mode, which is a full color enhancement that includes skin tone color; and Demo Mode, which displays the improved image on the left and the original image on the right. The monitors also utilize Samsung's MagicBright technology. This allows users to change the brightness and contrast of the display to adjust for various applications with the simple push of one button. MagicBright offers settings for text computing, viewing video on the Internet and for entertainment applications such as gaming, video streaming or even viewing DVDs on your display through your computer or video interface.

Samsung SyncMaster 204B monitor - Brightness
Samsung's latest large-screen LCD monitor delivers a maximum 16.7 million colors, an 800:1 contrast ratio and a brightness of 300cd/m2. With its 1600x1200 its maximum resolution, ultra-fine pixel pitch of 0.255mm and a horizontal/vertical viewing angle of 160-degrees, the display delivers crisp clean text and bright, vivid colors.

Samsung SyncMaster 204B - Response time
Incorporating Samsung's MagicSpeed technology, the SyncMaster 204B features a fast five-millisecond response time, making this monitor perfect for users who use multimedia-driven applications, gaming, animation or viewing video via the Internet. MagicSpeed technology offers an improved response time that significantly reduces the ghosting and ensures better performance of motion video producing smooth edges, clearer images and a more natural image response.

Samsung SyncMaster monitor - Design
Available in either stylish sliver or black cabinet colors, the SyncMaster 204B utilizes both analog and digital interfaces and features a four-way adjustable stand that offers pivot ability, height adjustment, tilt and swivel capabilities for unsurpassed ergonomic functionality. With its narrow bezel design and removable base, it is perfect for a crowded office or for the home user wanting to maximize space. The beautifully designed display features a built-in power supply for added space saving and is VESA wall mount compatible.
