Sagem Photo Easy 110 printers
Sagem's Photo Easy 110 printers take full advantage of the TAK S1, promising 60 seconds for a high-quality 10x15 cm photo, automatic photo retouching without a computer and the ability to print directly from a digital camera or camera phone. "The TAK Imaging solution helped us build a full range of highly affordable thermal printers without compromising on performance, color print quality and imaging functionality, especially the option to include Wi-Fi connectivity in a printer in order to make it easier to network it with other devices throughout the home," said Gerard Wolff, Managing Director, Printing Terminal Business Unit, for Sagem Communication (Safran Group).

"Manufacturers are increasingly realizing that we are providing them with a huge improvement in output performance for their next generation printers," said Doug Goodyear, CEO of TAK Imaging. "We are excited to include Sagem among the manufacturers that are partnering with TAK to provide consumers with new levels of quality when it comes to personal photo printing."
TAK S1 single chip controller for photo printers
The TAK S1 is a single chip controller for the next generation of photo printers and photo-enabled multi-function peripheral (MFP) devices. This system-on-a-chip (SOC) solution enables Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Device Manufacturers (ODMs) to quickly design and build scalable and flexible state-of-the-art photo-printing solutions for the consumer market. It has been demonstrated to outperform currently available solutions by four to five times in direct photo printing applications.
