ColorvisionColorVision Calibration Solutions at CeBIT 2006 : ColorVision, the digital imaging unit of Datacolor AG, will be represented at CeBIT 2006 in Hanover (Germany) from March 9 to 15 in two different theme worlds. In the "digital living" Hall 27, the company will be on Stand C48 presenting everything to do with home cinema calibration. CeBIT visitors will be able to test the color and image optimization on different TV sets with SpyderTV. Professionals who also calibrate projectors or want to use service menus to set the right grayscales, are reaching for the new SpyderTV PRO. Home cinema specialists on the lookout for new services for high-end installations should bone up on ColorVision ColorFacts Professional 6.0.

On the ADF community stand in Hall 1, ColorVision will be focusing on everything to do with digital imaging. The highlight here is the monitor calibration solution Spyder2express, the successor to the successful entry-level product ColorPlus. Professional users should also take a look at the new ColorVision PrintFIX PRO, where printer profiling works even in RGB mode and without any RIP.

ColorVision color calibration solutions
"This year calibration has become a mainstream topic," says Christoph Gamper, General Manager at the Datacolor Business Unit ColorVision Europe. "The numbers speak for themselves: over 100 million digital cameras sold in 2005 and a continuous run on new TV sets-to ColorVision that means a lot of users who are asking themselves why the monitor display doesn't match the printed result, or why their new living-room accessory isn't a patch on their old cathode-ray set when it comes to color display. Whether you are a professional or a consumer, ColorVision has the answer to your needs."
