The 2.7 inch wide LCD (260K pixel) gives consumers a clear view of every shot and 16:9 recording and viewing capability provides a cinematic home movie experience. USB 2.0 and PictBridge technology offer quick, convenient file transfer to a PC and easy printing to PictBridge compatible printers.

In addition to MPEG4 recording, the units can double as web cams, and capture 800 x 600 still images for true versatility in a DVD camcorder. The Samsung DC164 DVD camcorder comes with a remote control.
