SamsungSamsung SC-MS10 : Samsung, a world leader in award-winning innovation, is leading the charge in multi-function devices with a new 6-in-1 digital still camera, Samsung Miniket MS10, that offers video and voice recording, music playback, data storage, and web cam capability in addition to producing high-quality digital stills. The Samsung MS10 can be charged via USB connection to a PC (when the power is off). The innovative Samsung SC-MS10 6-in-1 digital camera will be on display during CES 2006 at the Samsung booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The new Samsung SC MS10 will be available in February 2006 at $349.99 MAP. The 6-in-1 SC-MS10 digital still camera comes in red, black or silver.

The SC-MS10 features a 5.3M CCD with 3x optical zoom and a 2.5” LCD. The camera captures MPEG4 movies in 640 x 480 resolution at 30 fps, the best available quality in the digital still camera category. Voice recording, data storage, MP3 playback and web cam capabilities offer true multi-function versatility in an ultra-compact, stylish package. With it’s 64MB of built in memory, expandable up to 512MB and a mini SD card slot, the SC-MS10 provides plenty of storage and transfers files easily with USB 2.0.

A sliding lens cover protects the lens from dust and scratches, and four “Hot Keys” provide shortcuts to the most frequently used functions according to the selected mode. The mode dial lets users switch functions easily with status displayed on the LCD screen. Samsung received the CES Innovations Award for the SC-MS25 that combines digital camera, camcorder, MP3 player, voice recorder, web cam and data storage in one device.
