Bibble LabsBibble RAW editing software : Bibble Labs announced availability of version 4.5 of its popular Raw Workflow software. Now supporting close to 70 of the most popular DSLR and prosumer cameras, this update includes support for the Nikon D200, as well as the Olympus EVolt E-500, SP310, SP350, Sp500UZ, Pentax *ist DS2 and Sony DSC-R1. Using Bibble’s integrated Photoshop plug-in, users of older versions of Photoshop including 7.0 and CS and Photoshop Elements 2.0 can now open RAW images from the latest cameras without having to pay for a costly upgrade. Bibble 4.5 also includes several minor enhancements and fixes, and is the latest in a steady stream of free major and minor updates that Bibble Labs has provided for users of its software.

Based upon feedback from our large contingent of Canon (semi-) professional and amateur shooters, we have gone and reworked some of the internal processing and reprofiled the Canon .CR2 based digital cameras. This results in better Canon color then ever before and elimination of occasional green casts in the shadows. While we were at it, we also rebalanced the exposure tables of these digital cameras to better match results from in camera images.

Bibble version 4.5 - Color profile and Processing
“Some of our users have suggested we offer an extra cost ‘add-on pack’ including new profiles”, says Eric Hyman, President of Bibble Labs Inc, “We are happy to provide these improved color profiles to existing users free of charge, and merely installing 4.5 should yield immediately better color”.

Bibble v4.5 RAW software - Availability
Bibble is available in both “Pro” and “Lite” versions for Windows, Macintosh and Linux. Please visit our web site at http://www.bibblelabs.com for further details and to download a fully functional 14 day trial version.
