 Mustek portable DVD players at CES : Mustek USA will launch at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) its 2006 line of portable DVD players, all versatile media format support, and the most sophisticated video technologies. CES is scheduled for January 5-8, 2006 in Las Vegas. Consumers can visit Mustek at the Sands Convention Center during CES, while journalists can get a sneak peek at Mustek's latest innovations the night before at Digital Experience. Mustek portable DVD players allow users to watch movies, listen to music, or view digital photos wherever the road takes them, whether its on-board an airplane, in a car or train, outdoors at a park or beach, at the gym, or just relaxing at home.

The new flagship of Mustek's portable DVD players is the MP100 featuring support for the DivX digital format popular with movie downloading services. This desktop theater incorporates a 10-inch swivel widescreen (16:9) LCD, long battery life, and easy storage inside a backpack, briefcase or handbag. Mustek is also introducing two value-priced DVD players, the Mustek MP70C ($135) the MP72 ($129), both with bright 7-inch screens. Ideal for students, families and commuters, the players offer travel-friendly dimensions, stylish designs, and quality playback of DVDs, MPEG4 files, music CD/R/RW, and photos. Mustek products are sold at select retailers and on-line sites.
