 Holiday pet photo contest : Shutterfly, an independent online photo service, today announced the Petco.com Cutest Holiday Pet Photo Contest, a partnership with Petco.com that encourages customers to submit holiday-inspired photos of their adorable pets. Participants have an opportunity to win a one-year supply of pet food and Petco gift cards. The contest begins immediately and ends on December 16, 2005. To enter the Cutest Holiday Pet Photo Contest, Shutterfly members simply select the photo that best captures their pet embodying the holiday spirit and then add it to the Shutterfly contest website. Both members and non-members will be able to view the contest entries and vote for their favorite photo using a five star system.

 Petco partners with Shutterfly
Shutterfly visitors can rate as many photos as they want, and come back and repeat the process as new entries are added. Winners will be selected based on popular vote. "Petco knows that pets are an integral part of many families' holiday celebrations," said Heather Blank, Director of Ecommerce Marketing, of Petco. "We partnered with Shutterfly to give our customers and their four legged friends a simple and fun way to share their pets' favorite holiday activities and show off their seasonal photos."
