PhotographyBlogMark Goldstein, owner and editor of the UK website PhotographyBlog has reviewed two Olympus digital cameras. The compact and stylishly designed Olympus MJU 400 Digital is among the reviewed Olympus models. This really nice looking camera was introduced in January 2003 where it made its worldwide appearance during the CES show. From that moment this model has been in the spotlight seen by a whole bunch of consumers. Even Ferrari has seen the "light" and has cooperated with Olympus to manufacture a specially designed Limited Edition Ferrari MJU 400 camera! Quote from Mark: "This may be ideal for many people, who just want to turn the camera on, press the shutter button and get a decent picture."
"The MJU 400 Digital certainly fulfils this requirement. I'd like a bit more creative control over my photographs, however, and this is the main area where the MJU 400 Digital doesn't meet my needs. Despite saying that, part of me still really likes the MJU 400 Digital, and I think it would be perfect as a small, portable, hard-wearing second camera that you can carry around with you at all times."

The second review from Mark handles the prosumer model C-5050 camera. This model offers the creative user a lot of settings and is one of the most advanced compact digital cameras in the Olympus range. According to Mark: "The Olympus C-5050 Zoom is a 5-megapixel, compact digital camera that delivers very pleasing, punchy images that can be printed up to A3 in size. It gives you full control over the creative picture-taking process with an extensive range of features. At the same time it is easy to understand and straight-forward to use, and therefore ideal for both the advanced and less experienced photographer alike."

Looking for a new digital camera, but you cannot decide whether you would like to buy a very compact and stylish designed digital camera or an all-round but bigger camera? Stop thinking and read more about two different Olympus cameras at Mark Goldstein's website PhotographyBlog.
