Canon IXUS 750 - Image quality
According to Mark Goldstein: "There is virtually no discernible noise at the slowest settings of ISO 50 and 100, and ISO 200 also looks very clean. Noise can be seen at the fastest ISO speed of 400, but overall the Canon Digital Ixus 750 deals very well with a problem that afflicts most compact digital cameras. The Canon Digital Ixus 750 handled chromatic aberrations extremely well during the review, so well in fact that I could only find a single example with just a tiny hint of purple fringing present around the edges of the building."

Mark Goldstein continues: "Macro performance is above avearge, allowing you to focus as close as 5 cms away from the subject. The built-in flash worked well indoors with no red-eye and good overall exposure. About PhotographyBLOG
Mark Goldstein started his very active website PhotographyBLOG in January 2003. At first the one and only purpose was to let this site function as one of those popular weblogs with Photography as main topic. But as we all know Photography is a pretty big subject to publish about so Mark decided to focus on some hot key points like mentioning all new introductions, reviews, reports from events like PMA and Photokina, sharing some impressive and creative photos and Mark's sole perspective of his feeling about this fascinating world of Digital Imaging. Mark is based in the UK, but his eagle-eye focuses global! Be sure to visit his weblog about Photography, in fact bookmark it, because we believe that Mark is pretty close to become an active and respected website. To us PhotographyBLOG is one of the surprises of 2004/2005.
