 Pentax ads Bluetooth to PocketJet portable printers : Pentax Imaging Company, a leading worldwide provider of rugged mobile printers, has added embedded Bluetooth connectivity as an ordering option for the Pentax PocketJet 3 and PocketJet 3 Plus portable printer product line. The addition of Bluetooth provides a simple, reliable cable-free printing connection of up to 100 meters (approximately 300 feet) to a variety of laptop and handheld Bluetooth-enabled devices. "Bluetooth connectivity is the next logical enhancement to the Pentax mobility line as we continue to develop products to meet the needs of the constantly evolving mobile work environment," said Ned Bunnell, director of marketing, Pentax Imaging Company.

 Pentax PocketJet portable printers
The 200 dpi Pentax PocketJet 3 printer with Bluetooth suggested list price will be $449.00, while the 300 dpi PocketJet 3 Plus with Bluetooth will be $529.00. This pricing represents a packaged kit which includes the printer, AC adapter, Battery, USB cable, 100 sheets of Pentax quality paper, Printer driver CD and documentation. The Pentax PocketJet 3 and 3 Plus printers measure just 10.04 inches wide and weigh less than one pound while producing dependable full-page printing of crisp, high-quality text and graphics without ink, mess or hassles.
