Fuji FinePix F10 test : The quality of the Fujifilm FinePix F 10 has been setting benchmarks, the Fujifilm F10 digital camera is finding more and more impressed users. The F10 Zoom extracts high quality from the 6.3 Megapixels on its Super CCD sensor. Those who sell the camera should also get to try it out. Therefore, in the context of retailer’s testing weeks, Fujifilm Germany gave 250 leading retailers the opportunity to put the FinePix F10 camera to practical use. Each had the chance to put the exceptional camera through its paces over a two week period. There was a picture contest for this group of users on the theme of low light, and Jochen Tank from Calumet in Hamburg emerged the winner. He wins a trip for two to Barcelona.

Fujifilm F10 - Photo winner
The winners of the Fujifilm FinePix F10 contest speak openly of their enthusiasm. With regard to his winning photo, Jochen Tank said: Blue Hour, this short period of time between twilight and darkness, allowed the FinePix F10 to really show its class at high sensitivities. The photo was taken with the camera in a hand-held position and even the contrasts which arose in the image posed no problem for the camera. The F10 Zoom's anti-blur program uses the ultra-high sensitivity and faster shutter speeds to generate photographs with less blurring from camera movement and subject movement.
Fujifilm FinePix F10 - Contest participants
Jens Peter Schneider, who occupied second place, said: How to capture low light in bright summer weather? I took myself off to the underworld of Hamburg-St. Pauli, or to be precise, to the old Elb tunnel directly on the legendary jetties (Landungsbrücken). The light was really low here. My photo for the contest was taken at ISO 800, 2.8 aperture and 1/15 sec with the camera in my hand – and it was sharp! I was astonished at how little noise was produced by the FinePix F10 at this sensitivity setting. With most compact cameras, you’ll search in vain for ISO 800 and ISO 1600. Carsten Wieser (3rd place) said: The Duisburg-Nord Country Park attracted me as a target location for a natural light test of the FinePix F 10. A particular attraction can be found today on the grounds of the former smelting works in Duisburg Meiderich. At night, Jonathan Park’s light installations immerse the smelting works, its furnaces and chimney stacks in bright colors.
