 Casio YC-400 4-in-1 projector : Casio was also present at the IFA event, Berlin Germany. In the corner of the Casio booth there was a little projector demonstration. Among the projectors I found the Casio YC-400 projector. This multi-functional, 4-in-1 camera system opens up a range of entirely new applications. You can combine it with a projector and a PC, like it was showcased at IFA. In this set-up the document digital camera, a 4 Megapixel Casio digital camera, can display a lot more than just printed documents or 3 dimensional objects. When used as a whiteboard camera in interactive meetings, the system acts as a digital minute keeper. Lay (manually written) notes on the plate and they can be recorded onto projected image.

 YC-400 projector - Easy to use
The digital camera can be taken off the stand and used as a normal digital camera. If you need to sca documents, the Casio projector acts like a scanner. Whether you want to take a photo of a poster or want to record an image of a flipchart at an angle, the YC-400 software included in the box auto detects and corrects any perspective-related distortions, trims the edges so that the projected images are the correct size and raises the contrast to ensure a brilliant display.
Casio YC 400 projector - 4 Megapixels and Compact design
The YC-400 projector is very compact and light weighted. It is fully collapsible, the Casio stand shrinks in size until it is no bigger than a sheet of B5 paper. The weight is only 1.6 kg, which makes it convenient to carry around with you during business trips, etc. The whole concept allows you to act fast, whether you need to prepare a presentation or include last-minute printouts in your PC presentation during a meeting. The camera that comes with the Casio YC-400 is the first integrated digital camera with such a high resolution to be integrated into a presentation system. Other systems are working with less than one million pixels. The combination of Casio's expertise in digital cameras has been used to open up a new range of applications. The Casio YC-400 projector connects via the USB port on a computer or notebook.
