YakumoYakumo CamMaster SD 482 introduction : Yakumo is introducing the new Yakumo CamMaster SD 482 which is an ideal companion on all trips and tours. This handy 4 Megapixel camera which comes in a camcorder type of design makes it stand out from the "crowd" of digital cameras. It's easy and intuitive to use for snapshot and video clips alike. The CamMaster SD 482 will be available in November at all Yakumo dealers for 179 euros. The Yakumo CamMaster SD482 captures stills and moving pictures with its 1/2.5 inch CCD sensor and displays them on its 2-inch (5.1 cm) TFT swivel screen which has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. It's an autofocus camera with automatic exposure modes and exposure compensation of plus/minus 2 EV in 1/3 steps.
Yakumo CamMaster SD 482 introductionYakumo SD482 - JPEG & MPEG4
It comes equipped with a built-in flash with red-eye reduction. The self-timer can be set at 10 or 20 seconds and leaves the photographer enough time to get into the picture himself. The JPEG pictures and the MPEG4 encoded video clips which are stored on the camera can be transferred to a computer with the included USB cable. The Yakumo CamMaster SD 482 supports the Direct Print function and thus makes using a photo printer child's play. For more storage capacity, the CamMaster's internal memory of 32 MB can be extended to 1GB using MMC or SD cards.

CamMaster SD 482 - MP3 player
Another interesting feature of the Yakumo CamMaster SD 482 is the built-in MP3 player. With the camera in your pocket, you can always have your favorite songs with you and, so as not to disturb co-travelers, listen to your music with the provided ear buds. The shutter speed can be set from 1/2 to 1/1500 seconds and the shooting range starts from 10cm to infinity helping to get the good close-ups and distant shots whatever the weather.

Yakumo CamMaster SD 482 - In the box
The Yakumo CamMaster SD 482 comes with a powerful lithium-ion battery and a hand strap to hold and stabilize the camera with. A bag and ear buds are also part and parcel of the new CamMaster. The USB video cable takes care of communication with PC and the software package offers lots of opportunities for editing and archiving photos. A battery charger, a quick reference guide which gives an overview of the most important functions, a more extensive printed manual and a CD with drivers are also part of the CamMaster SD 482 digital camera package.
