We just received some information about the situation of Konica and Minolta in Europe. Konica and Minolta in Europe are under process of integration and change of the company name according to legal requirements on a country by country basis. Some of the European companies have completed their corporate registration as of October 1st, 2003. Newly integrated companies have reorganised their operations in the fields of Business Technologies Products, Photo Imaging and Camera. Medical Graphic business and Instruments Systems are reorganised in newly established Photo Imaging and Camera companies. The newly integrated European headquarters plan to complete their legal registration in January 2004. Details are as follows:
