DigIT HP Photosmart R817 digital camera preview : Our good friend Kai Thon from the Norwegian based website DigIT.no, and one of the founders of DIWA Awards, previewed the new HP Photosmart R817 digital camera. During the yearly held HP Lab event, this time on Tenerife, Kai took some time to get to know the HP R817 camera. The HP Photosmart R817 is a very compact digital camera with a 5 Megapixel CCD image sensor. The camera is equipped with a Pentax brand zoom lens and offers a focal length of 36-180mm. The status of the HP Photosmart R817 Kai held in his hands is not full production, so some things will sure be optimized during this process. Despite the status Kai was able to publish some samples made with the HP Photosmart R817.
