SINOCES 2005 event - Support

SINOCES 2005 - Big event
The 2005 event features more than 80 global exhibitors and is expected to draw more than 70,000 attendees from more than 50 countries. Exhibitors include manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and related products and services. Several SINOCES exhibitors such as Epson, Haier, Hisense, Samsung and Sony also will be exhibiting at the 2006 International CES.
Consumer Electronics Industry Summit Forum
Running in conjunction with SINOCES, the Consumer Electronics Industry Summit Forum brings together Chinese government officials and technology industry leaders to discuss issues important to developing the global consumer electronics market. At the forum, Shapiro will deliver a keynote address focusing on the growing importance of China in the global consumer electronics market and the challenges and opportunities ahead for U.S.-China trade relations. Shapiro is slated to speak on Friday, July 1, 2005 at the Grand Regency Hotel in Qingdao.
CEA - Meeting with Vice premier of China; Madam Wu Yi
Also on tap for CEA is a scheduled meeting with Madam Wu Yi, vice premier of China, to discuss matters of international trade and intellectual property. In addition to CEA, executives from international technology trade associations in Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam will also participate in the meeting. The 2006 International CES, the world's largest annual technology tradeshow, runs January 5-8, 2006, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
