NikonNikon UK commitment to Professional photographers : Nikon UK is pleased to announce some exciting new changes to enhance the services available to our Professional photographers. Nikon has always been aware of the particular requirements of professional photographers, especially in such a demanding and diverse industry. With the constant evolvement of technology, Nikon recognises the need to extend a more specific and accountable service. A new Professional business section was created on 1st April 2005, headed up by Chris Hoare. This department has been developed to deliver the best possible support for all our professional users. Chris will be responsible for all aspects of running the professional section of Nikon’s business.

This new department will have a dedicated Account Management team supporting its' pro dealers and corporate customers; a Solutions department to run professional events and training; and a dedicated Professional support team is available. Chris Hoare said, "I'm delighted to be tasked with managing the Professional business section; my core objective for 2005 is to increase customer satisfaction in this hugely important area by coordinating and re-focusing existing and new resources."
