PhotoSolveXtend-a-Sight revolutionizes action photography : Camera Accessory Turns Amateurs into Professional Action Photographers. Photosolve, a leading manufacturer and online retailer of accessories for digital camera owners, today announced the availability of Xtend-a-Sight. The device attaches to the flash shoe of all popular cameras, and allows the user to take professional-quality photographs of fast-moving objects like aircraft, birds and sports figures. Without Xtend-a-Sight, camera users who try to take action shots, e.g. aircraft at an air show, usually lose shots due to the fact that the cameras viewfinder blanks out when the shutter release is pressed and, in digital cameras, due to the slight lag time of LCD viewfinders.
Xtend-a-Sight revolutionizes action photographyClamps onto the flash shoe
Xtend-a-Sight is a bracket that clamps onto the flash shoe of the camera (or onto a flash bracket, for cameras without flash shoes), allowing the user to attach any number of commercially-available red dot sights, most commonly used mounted to rifles and guns, allowing hunters to track moving objects while keeping both eyes open.

Track the moving object
With Xtend-a-Sight, the photographer tracks the moving object while looking through the sight, not through the camera s LCD or conventional viewfinder. Multiple photos or even burst mode shots can be taken while the photographer keeps the sight s red dot centered on the object. The result is clear, sharp photos whose quality rivals those taken by professional photographers with expensive equipment.

Top-quality Construction
Xtend-a-Sight is a small, lightweight bracket constructed from anodized aluminum. It attaches to the flash shoe of all digital and film cameras, and accommodates 3/8" and 7/8" standard Weaver mount Red Dot Sights. These sights are widely available and range in quality and price from basic models at under $10, to professional models that can cost $200-500. The retail price of Xtend-a-Sight is US$21.00, and is available for fast online ordering and shipping at the company’s website.
