PanasonicPanasonic WORKiO DP-C322 & DP-C262 photocopier : There is no question that colour makes communication considerably easier in many areas. With the new WORKiO DP-C322 & DP-C262 multifunction units, Panasonic is opening the door to colour for DIN A3 format. New technologies, such as induction heating with super-quick warm-up times and low energy consumption, reduce the costs and avoid waiting periods. When colour scanning, the units make use of the highly compressed PDF format; the extremely small files can be sent by e-mail without any problems or stored on a PC, SD/PC card, internal hard disk or external FTP server. Printing can also be carried out directly from the SD card.

The new Panasonic multi-colour copiers combine the functions of an A3 digital copier, a printer, and optionally those of a network scanner and a fax in one compact unit. As colour lasers, both models copy and print up to 21 pages per minute; in black and white the DP-C262 manages up to 26 copies/prints, and the DP-C322 produces 32 copies/prints per minute. With the DP-C322, it is only necessary to wait 6.2 seconds for the first B/W copy, and with the DP-C-262 a mere 7.3 seconds. The first colour copy appears in the tray after just 12 seconds. The standard paper storage of 550 sheets in two paper cassettes and 50 sheets in the bypass can be extended to a total of 2,250 sheets by installing two additional paper cassettes.

Panasonic multi-colour photocopier - Memory
The WORKiO DP-C322 & DP-C262 copiers, with their modern copying functions such as a 25 to 400% zoom feature, provide duplex copying in colour, and convenient end processing features such as the brochure function, for example. The standard 128 MB memory for electronic sorting can be extended to 12 GB by fitting a hard disk. Here too, particular plus points when printing are the A3 format, duplex printing and versatile end processing. The units can be incorporated into networks without any problems by means of the Ethernet interface. But printing can also be carried out directly from a PC or an SD card, thanks to an appropriate plug-in module.

Panasonic WORKiO DP-C262 & DP-C322 photocopier - Store files
The reverse path can also be used. With the optional scanner function, documents can be saved as a file directly onto a flash card. The file can also be stored on the internal hard disk, however, sent to a PC via the network, or sent via the Internet (LDAP compatible) as an e-mail or as a G3 fax. Along with the TIFF (for B/W), JPEG (for colour) and PDF file formats, the new highly compressed PDF format is also provided, which enables data to be transferred especially quickly while maintaining excellent quality.

Panasonic WORKiO DP-C262 & DP-C322 photocopier - Pricing
A 7.5-inch LCD panel with set-up facility, and an intuitive operating interface make all functions easy to use. An integral web server and extended erasing functions for the hard disk provide additional convenience. Precise user identification ensures the necessary security. The WORKiO DP-C322 & DP-C262 multifunction units will be available at dealers from July
