Pentax Optio S45 digital camera introduction : Pentax Imaging Company has announced the Optio S45 digital camera as well as the manufacturer's sixth DA lens will ship to dealers in June 2005. The Pentax Optio S45 is a compact digital camera that features 4.0 megapixels, a 3X optical zoom and a large 2.5 inch LCD monitor. With the large monitor that simplifies composition and playback, the Optio S45 is well suited to any user. The Optio S45 will be available in limited distribution for under $230 US. The Pentax Optio S45 digital camera will ship with PhotoShow Express software. Developed by Simple Star, PhotoShow is the fun and easy-to-use software program that enables users to easily edit digital photos as musical slide shows.
