Each time you click the shutter, the Kodak Color Science chip performs an instantaneous and advanced analysis of collected scene data to identify and adjust multiple factors that influence picture quality. Scene light source is detected and adjustments are made to capture bright whites and true, vivid colors under difficult lighting conditions, fluorescent, tungsten or daylight. Scene content is analyzed for luminance, focal distance, subject matter orientation and color to determine the correct exposure and capture the natural details, accurate flesh tones, and rich colors you see in your composition.

The Kodak EasyShare Z760 offers manual controls like: Exposure compensation, aperture and shutter speed priority, ISO settings from 100 - 800 ISO, selectable auto focus, choice of three exposure metering types, selectable white balance, and flash compensation. The custom mode lets you choose your favorite settings and the Kodak Z760 digital camera remembers them until you change them again. The camera is able to shoot in burst mode where it captures up to 4 frames at 2 frames per second. Additional the 'last burst mode' captures up to 30 frames at 2fps, with the latest 4 frames saved.
