FujifilmJörg Spielmann Marketing Manager at Fujifilm : Jörg Spielmann (39) was appointed Marketing Manager of the Industrial Products Division for Fuji Photo Film (Europe) GmbH. The division comprises the product segments medical imaging (conventional products, electronic imaging, hospital IT systems, NDT), as well as graphical systems (prepress, proof, print on demand). Despite of the declining market development the company’s industry branch has experienced above average growth in the recent years, and currently accounts for about one third of the German business volume. In his new function, Spielmann will report directly to Dr. Kai-Henrik Barth, Director and General Manager of the Industrial Products Division.
Jörg Spielmann Marketing Manager at FujifilmJörg Spielmann - Career
Spielmann is a graduate Engineer, and joined Nokia in 1981. He has been working for Fujifilm since 1991, and was initially instrumental in the implemen-tation of the first digital products in the medical sector as Product Specialist. Later he was appointed Product Manager for Electronic Imaging, and in the end was serving as the Marketing Manager for Medical Imaging.

Spielmann - Effective communications
The newly created position of Marketing Manager for the entire industrial branch is intended to achieve more effective communications with the market. The implementation of new and complex technologies requires the utilization of synergies, as well as a close and product encroaching collaboration. Further growth will additionally be realized by means of consulting services, digital printing technology, and new partnerships. The comprehensive competence of Fujifilm must be brought more to the fore in all areas of imaging, says Spielmann. Regarding the medical and printing technologies, we as the solution provider can - whenever it is about visualization - help make our customers more successful.
