OlympusOlympus m:robe MR-100 audio player introduction : The Olympus m:robe MR-100 is out now to put music quite literally at your fingertips. It's a digital audio player with a very special difference - operation is via its sensuous touch pad control. Fiddling with buttons and dials becomes a thing of the past. What you get is pure listening pleasure in an ultra-compact, head-turning design. This Olympus MR-100 provides a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed port and features 5GB storage capacity for around 1,200 songs. Sure to get the heartbeat of all music lovers racing, the Olympus m:robe MR-100 introduces a new class of musical entertainment. With its unmistakable, progressive design, this lightweight and ultra-compact music player commands attention.

But it is not only a joy to see and to hold, it is also a delight to operate. A unique touch pad control sets this m:robe apart from music players with traditional dials and buttons. Its innovative technology provides a sensuous, intuitive interface between user and unit, allowing full control of all of its functions at the touch of a finger. Thanks to its 5GB hard disk drive, up to 1,200 songs (at 128kbps in WMA music file format) can be stored for instant access. Music management is a breeze.

The included Olympus m:trip software takes care of virtually everything, including conversion of CD audio files into WMA format on a PC. And getting the tracks onto the player couldn’t be more simple: Just dock the Olympus MR-100 in the USB 2.0-compatible cradle and download. In no time at all you’ll be humming along to your favourite tunes. Anytime, anywhere. The cradle also doubles as the battery charger. Within just three hours, this m:robe is brought to full power for up to 12 hours playing time (Listening to music in MP3 format). Keeping track of the music is a song thanks to the integrated 4.3cm LCD monitor. As well as showing the current WMA or MP3 music files that are loaded or being played, it also can display lyrics to provide an all-round musical experience. The Olympus m:robe MR-100 adds extra feeling to mobile musical enjoyment. It will be available from the end of February. And for all those who would like a real visual twist to their music, it also has a big brother - the Olympus MR-500i - which lets you picture your music through integration of a digital camera.
