 Olympus PT-023 - Underwater cases
At the Olympus booth we spoke with Martina Möhlen, European Product Manager Digital Consumer Products Imaging System Europe, and she explained that the Olympus underwater cases are getting a lot of attention from the water sport enthusiastic as well as from those who work or enjoy their days nearby the water front. Martina Möhlen: "We offer several underwater cases which are waterproof up to a water pressure equivalent to a depth of 40 metres, for the adventurous digital photographer. Made of durable, high quality polycarbonate, they protect the cameras from water as well as cushion them from knocks and bumps on land. Complete control of photo functions, such as zoom and flash mode, is also permitted."
Olympus PT-23 - Extra accessories
Beside having an underwater case for the Olympus CAMEDIA C-8080 WIDE ZOOM more accessories are available. The Olympus PPO-05 is the wide port used for combining the underwater case for the Olympus C-8080WZ (PT-023), the conversion lens adapter for the Olympus CAMEDIA C-8080 WIDE ZOOM (CLA-8) and wide conversion lens (WCON-08D) with the Olympus CAMEDIA C-8080 WIDE ZOOM digital camera. Using the Olympus PPO-05 combined with the Olympus PT-023 gives you an underwater shooting wide angle perfect for fascinating underwater photography.
