The new OneTouch 9420 USB is an extremely fast color flatbed scanner with the ability to scan up to 4800 x 9600 dpi in 48-bit color and includes a built-in transparency adapter and film holder for scanning negatives and slides. The robust offering of bundled software includes ArcSoft’s DVD SlideShow to quickly and easily produce professional-looking DVD movie discs featuring your own photo slideshows and home videos. OneTouch 9420 USB - Buttons
Visioneer’s OneTouch scanners are engineered for both first-time and experienced scanner users. The OneTouch 9420 USB is the next generation in Visioneer’s Slimline scanner series and in addition to a full multimedia software bundle, features five One Touch buttons that are pre-configured for the most common scanning tasks, so people can get great results within minutes of opening the box. The buttons are set at the optimal settings to scan, copy, OCR, e-mail, and perform a custom task, so first-time users can start scanning immediately with confidence. Advanced users can quickly customize the buttons for even more power. It also features 48-bit output color and comes with a Hi-speed USB 2.0, backwards compatible with USB 1.1 ports.

OneTouch 9420 USB - SlideShow
ArcSoft DVD SlideShow has a simple step-by-step design that enables users of all levels to build custom slide shows, trim video, design on-screen menus, and burn discs (requires a DVD burner) for sharing at home, and sending to friends. Like a program within a program, the slideshow editor includes all the tools needed to create eye-catching photo presentations. Slideshow tools include: drag-n-drop storyboard, background music, photo enhancement, slide transitions, pan & zoom effects, voice narration, menu thumbnail selection and slide interval.

The Visioneer OneTouch 9420 USB also comes with ScanSoft’s PaperPort 9.0 SE with built-in OCR, ArcSoft’s ScrapbookSuite and DVD SlideShow. ScanSoft’s award-winning PaperPort software is the world’s best-selling document and image management application that creates thumbnails of everything you scan allowing easy filing in color-coded folders. ScanSoft’s built-in OCR allows users to scan printed text into their word processor without having to retype documents. ArcSoft's Scrapbook Suite is an easy-to-use photo editing and creative design program that allows people to edit and retouch photos, then add special effects or place them in cards, calendars, frames and create personalized scrapbooks.
