 Lowepro Orion Trekker II introduction : Lowepro, the worldwide leader of protective cases and backpacks for imaging products, is giving a sporty new look to its line of backpacks for active and outdoor photographers. The new Lowepro Orion Trekker II includes a colourful and stylish exterior while providing users with the freedom and flexibility to customize the two-compartment backpack based on the assignment and location. The new Lowepro Trekker II's two distinct compartments, a well-padded, removable lower camera compartment for storing an SLR camera (digital or analogue) with an attached lens, several additional lenses, a flash unit, compact binoculars and accessories, and an upper compartment for safely housing other products.

 Unique to the Lowepro Orion Trekker II is its built-in pocket for an MP3 player, Mini Disk or CD player. A specially designed discrete earphone pass-through cable port allows music to be listened to while the audio player remains secure within the backpack's designated compartment and keeps cords and cables safely tucked away for hands free listening.

Additional features include a removable waist belt, several SlipLock attachment tabs for additional pouches, lens cases and other desired accessories, a 3-point shoulder harness system for greater comfort and even weight distribution for better balance; a breathable mesh back panel for greater comfort; five nylon padded insert dividers for easy storage and quick access to camera accessories; and a number of electronics accessory pockets for storing batteries, memory cards or cords.
The new Lowepro Orion Trekker II backpack (daypack) measures 13.0 (W) x 7.9 (D) x 17.7 (H)-inches (External Dimensions). It will be available nationwide in mid-March and have a suggested list price of $79.99. |
