ImagetankThe dip Wiesel is a device on the market to react on the feedback and wishes of power users, and professional customers. The Wiesel's casing is manufactured out of durable aluminium and has capacities of 40GB or 60GB. The status display reads all relevant information about the device as: free hard disk space, copy sessions already on the device including files and folders, even while copying. The device stays active until the card is removed. The Wiesel is working with every of today's standard media without additional Adaptors: CF Type I/II, Hitachi Microdrive, Memory Stick, MS pro, MMC, SD, and xD Picture Card. A drive door is protecting the core functionality as cardreader, on/off switch, the USB 2.0 high speed connector and status leds.
DIP wiesel, the pro! from Image TankThe autonomous power source of Wiesel are four accessable and changeable AA NiHM cells. Wiesel ist delivered including four 2400mA cells which allow a download of approx. 20GB picture data without recharging. Utilitizing USB 2.0 High Speed Interface there is a lighting fast access to the saved data. The best at last: the download speed from a flash card to harddisk is depending on the source medium up to 4MB/min! This to this point unbeatable speed has given the name to the device: Weasel.
