MetzPerfect flash photography with Nikon digital cameras is the strength of the powerful Metz mecablitz 54 MZ-4i. The integration of high-precision flash modes guarantees uniform exposures with brilliant, yet highly differentiated colour rendering. Depending on the camera model, you can select the D-TTL, 3D/D-TTL or 3D multi-sensor fill-in modes, as well as i-TTL or i-TTL BL flash control. Furthermore, the Metz mecablitz 54 MZ-4i can be used with system cameras from other manufacturers merely by exchanging the corresponding adapter. This provides access to other SCA functions, such as Canon E-TTL and Minolta ADI flash control. The performance of the Metz mecablitz 54 MZ-4i is very convincing in many respects:
New Metz mecablitz 54 MZ-4 flash gun- High light output with a guide number of 54 at ISO 100/21° and 105 mm focal length.
- Wide illumination angle: Covers the focal length from 20 mm to 105 mm.
- Fill-in flash: With integrated secondary reflector to brighten up the dense shadows around the eyes.
- Versatility: A multitude of interesting special functions for thrilling creative scope.
- Simple operation: A large display provides all the information that could possibly be needed.
- Flexibility: The versatile SCA system with its numerous adapters for almost any system camera.

Ultra-rapid shutter speeds
The High-Speed Synchronisation feature (HSS) ensures perfect flash photography at shutter speeds faster than the camera's sync speed. This is vital for fill-in flash to produce a uniformly exposed portrait against a blurred background.
