MinoxMINOX, the traditional German camera manufacturers from Wetzlar, presents the new DC 6311, one of the smallest digital cameras in this class. 6.36 million pixels, 3x optical zoom, a large 2-inch color monitor in an elegant stainless steel body make this small and powerful digital camera a very desirable object for all discerning photographers. The MINOX DC 6311 features a CCD image sensor with 6.36 megapixels and boasts a fast, high-performance MINOCTAR lens with multiple coating. The 3x zoom lens with autofocus offers the creative user plenty of freedom to concentrate on the picture composition through the freely selectable shutter speeds and apertures.
Introduction of the MINOX DC 6311 - 6 MegapixelsThanks to the individual adjustment to the 6.36 megapixel sensor the MINOCTAR lens, together with the electronics and software of the MINOX DC 6311, provides highly dynamic images with natural color rendition. The additional option to select the manual mode, for night-time, sports or portrait photography, for example, opens up new realms for creative composition to discerning amateurs. The automatic white balance ensures the right exposure, even in difficult light, providing the user with natural colors and the correct setting for the subject in view, every time. The four flash functions enable the ideal adjustment of the shot to the outside conditions. A fast image sequence and minimal shutter release delay allow spontaneous snapshots whatever the situation. A whole new range of photographic possibilities are opened up by the video and audio recording feature.

The large 2-inch TFT color monitor simultaneously offers users the opportunity to conveniently assess the image straight away, during and after the shot, and provides excellent viewing, even in sunlight, thanks to its pin-sharp definition and brilliance.

The digital USB interface of the MINOX DC 6311 allows an uncomplicated transfer of the image files to the computer. Using the provided software the pictures can be touched up on the PC and mailed directly to others. Based on its small dimensions of just 94 mm x 35 mm x 63 mm this new MINOX DC 6311 ranks in the class of compact and high performance cameras.
