EpsonThe EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo is the first scanner to include Auto Film Loader features for digitising 35mm film. Filmstrips can now be scanned effortlessly with just one click. The scanner also includes high optical resolution for picking up minute detail and creating large prints from film. Furthermore, EPSON's unique photo restoration tools are included for repairing and rejuvenating old photographs. Richard Baylis, Sales and Marketing Manager, Consumer Product, EPSON UK says, "This new scanner offers users a higher resolution, improved photo restoration and fast film scanning solution. The revolutionary auto film loader will make film scanning easier and quicker for amateur film photographers by automating the loading process."
New EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo ScannerThe EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo is ideal for amateur photographers that require an easy method of creating photo quality scans from 35mm film. It allows users to input positive and negative 35mm film, this is then automatically processed by the scanner. This creates high detailed scans for printing photographs up to A3 in size.

Photographic film can be scanned up to an optical resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi then EPSON?s restoration and dust removal software will transform faded and damaged photographs into bright, vibrant images, making them look like new. The automatic film loader allows large volumes of film to be processed quickly, ensuring users can digitise, repair and archive all their old photographs.

The EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo has USB 2.0 hi-speed connectivity as standard, offering incredibly fast scanning whilst maintaining compatibility with standard USB 1.1. It is also equipped with better management tools such as easy push buttons on the front of the product for easy one-touch scanning.
