Sony Mavica FD100 Reviews from camera owners

I have two Sony Mavica FD-100 digital cameras which were purchased in August 2003. One of them had a problem with the switch that turns the camera on a few weeks after it was purchased. Sony repaired it under warranty. The other has now suffered the same problem and Sony has a flat rate repair on the camera of $181.00. However I have now been sent a Notice of Settlement of a class action law suit in which Sony has offered to repair a CCD defect on these cameras or pay customers who have had the camera repaired the same amount. The cameras were purchased so both my wife and I would have the same camera and both would use the same accessories. His has been acceptable with the same batteries and memory sticks.
