Sony Cybershot DSC V3 Reviews from camera owners

First things first. All the good things written about the Sony Cybershot V3 camera are really good. I was looking for scaled down, "pro" quality camera with looks and feeling which enables very quick use in all situations. I am taking pictures mostly "on the run". My favourite sports and transportation devices are rollerblades and bicycles, so I need a camera close to my body (on the waist belt),light and compact. I was really happy as I bought this camera, DSC V3. So far, almost all photos are very good but far from excellent. The most annoying thing is the amount of NOISE!.. When you enlarge the photo on the screen it's so bad. And, there is that disastrous purple fringing, which is just unacceptable. Well, I guess those are the limits of this otherwise sweet camera. Very Recommendable.
