The Samsung NV10 has a great user interface and decent pictures once you learn all the system and scene settings. It probably does not need the 10 megapixel sensor image. Comparisons of daylight snaps show little improvement over the 6 megapixel. There is too much noise at ISO 400 and above, but the flash has excellent output and coverage with little redeye due to its high position. The ASR anti-shake system is not a proper image stabiliser and poorly conceived. It is classy looking and feels well screwed together but I wonder if the black finish will show scratches in time.
